We spend over 136 million hours at the Department of Motor Vehicles every year. This stressful experience that people have to face at least once in their life has inspired me to make a change. I have rebranded the most important aspects of the DMV. This process encompasses the creation of a new and enhanced experience.
My project incorporates inclusive user interface experiences, digital applications, on-site service design, addressing of the delivery solution, redesigning of the physical space, and creating appropriate way finding.
